We provided technical support for the Ceylon Tea School’s online lessons organized by Mitsutea.

Mitsutea is a tea shop and school in Yokohama, offering high-quality Ceylon tea. We connected participants in Japan with a tea estate and factory in Sri Lanka via a live Zoom link, and participants “visiting” the estate and factory learned the process of tea making from the estate manager and his staff.

Another tour connected participants with a local home and provided a Sri Lankan home cooking lesson. Participants learned three authentic Sri Lankan dishes from Sri Lanka directly via Zoom.

MITSUTEA運営によるセイロンティースクールのオンラインレッスンにテクニカルサポートとして協力しました。

ミツティー は横浜に位置する質の高いセイロンティーだけを扱った紅茶専門店及びティースクールです。オンラインレッスンではスリランカ現地の茶園及び紅茶工場をZoomで中継し、参加者はバーチャルで茶畑や工場を訪れ、農園主及び現地スタッフから紅茶作りについて直接学ぶことができます。

その他のレッスンでは、参加者を現地の一般家庭とつなぎ、スリランカのお料理教室が行われました。参加者は3つの本格的なスリランカの料理を、スリランカから直接習うことができます。
